We normally ship the product within 7-10 days from the date the order is received.  The shipping time will depends on your location and delivery method, which normally take 2-4 days extra.  In total, you should receive your order in 14 days.

Due to the size of Dorway, we are currently only delivery in Bangkok and vicinity areas (Nonthaburi, Samutprakan, Pathum Thani, Nakhonpathom, and Samut Sakhon).  Shipping cost is 800 baht per delivery.
For other areas in Thailand, please contact our sales team and we will check for a suitable logistic way and will advise you the actual shipping cost offline.

We provide optional installation services in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samutprakan, Pathum Thani, Nakhonpathom, and Samut Sakhon.  Installation charge is ฿1,800 for the first mirror and ฿900 each for additional items.
This installation cost includes delivery and permanent installation using high quality adhesives; not including modification and other interior works.

You can pay securely online with major credit cards without any additional fees.  We also accept bank transfer to our Kasikorn bank account.

If for any reasons you are not satisfied with the product, we accept return in 7 days from the delivery date.  However, once the product has been installed, we are not able to accept the return because the glass will need to permanently adhered to the wall.

Yes, we do provide discount when you order 5 or more items.  Please contact our sales team and we will quote you with special discount.

All the glasses are made by our sister company, Glassform Manufacturing.  We stand behind all the products we make and assure the quality to meet with glass international standards.

All the prices in this website already included 7% VAT.  If you are entitled to tax exemption under the law of Thailand, please provide the document and we will gladly remove the VAT for you.

We use Omise as our gateway for credit card payments.  We do not have access to and will never store your credit card information.  Our website is secured in every aspect.  In addition, we are registered with The Department of Business Development, Thailand (DBD) and obtained DBD certificate for our ecommerce store.
